Powder Monkey July 2010 vol III, #4
|
Summer is a time for vacations. And there's a lot of stuff
to see concerning the Civil War - all those reenactments!
Military museums are excellent to quietly see actual
uniforms and weapons of the war. But no museum can
show you what it was like for thousands of men to flow
across the field and fire their black powder weapons.
Just as stage is more realistic than a movie, nothing is as
good as seeing a reenactment.
